A lifetime of service

Kevin has dedicated his life to public service. At an early age, Kevin raised his right hand to defend the constitution, enlisting in the US Army, serving across the globe and in Afghanistan. Upon returning home, Kevin went to law school here in Delaware, while serving in the Delaware National Guard. As an attorney, a veteran, husband, and father, Kevin is committed to ensuring a bright future for New Castle County.
